    Facinating as always. I would be most grateful if someone could explain the various pluses and minuses after a B cells , I had assumed they just refered to the presence or absence of the receptor but Vincent mentioned ,at about 42:30, that the naieve B cell would be IgG-, IgD+ which would make my assumption wrong. I have also seen CD4++ which would be what? Sorry if this is a really dumb question but it has been bugging me for a while.
