On the question about incorrect intramuscular application:
The real question was not raised, and you didn’t mention the most probable malaplication: Inadvertent intravenous. There are concerns that that might be the mechanism behind the cases of myocarditis: distributing the vaccine quickly to loci where you definitely DON’T want the initial inflammation to occur.
It’s easy to avoid inadvertent intravenous application: aspiration. Withdraw the plunger of the syringe briefly before injection to check if you draw blood.
This is a common practice for IM applications, but for some reason in their immesurable wisdom the powers that be advise AGAINST aspiration in the case of this vaccine. In the process missing an opportunity to apply best practice and improve trust in the procedures.

It’s not quite the same price of one hellfire missile, like the one that which killed that aid worker, with his trunk full of water, and his family in Afghanistan.
One needs wonder about priorities and politics of the empire, which cannot be rationally ignored. I would like to not have to think about the war industry connections but I can’t quite manage it.
