Q. Is PB1 UFO PB1-F2?
If the cap snatching is shifting the ORF to the +1 position then PB1-F2 start codon would be bought into play. I recall reading somewhere that this is very highly expressed which seemed odd to me if it is out of frame relative to the PB1 AUG.
