    I heard rumors that a lab in the United States or China made a bioweapon for COVID-19. But that was disproven and we have some of the evidence here. Solano Community College is a BSL1 lab that is meant to meet FDA guidelines though. And two the county has been in talks to get biotech startups in the area. These areas as far as I know do not meet BSL4 standards. They are meant to meet BSL 1 Standards.
