Post exposure prohylaxis ought be better . Only worry is resistance . But masks face shields physical distance ventilated spaces open windows with screens in long term term care facilies and all meeting places need to be built in the future . Renovations also ought be useful .

I am pretty sure that the correct pronunciation of Osler is with a long O, “Ohsler”, not “Awsler.” I grew up near Osler Street in Vancouver, where everyone gave this pronunciation to the venerated physician’s name. My late father, who was a physician in Vancouver pronounced it this way too. William Osler’s name is given this way in the Funk & Wagnalls Canadian College Dictionary, ōs’ler or ōz’ler. Thanks for all you do!
