I enjoy all of your podcasts, both on Lumia smartphones, and on a number of Android devices, using the Pocket Casts app. Highly recommended..

Regards, 83 year old tech geek 🙂

Google used to have a podcast app hit abandoned it a while ago which was a shame because a lot of us really loved it but the company philosophy is different. Google doesn’t want to provide you with all your stock apps they just want to show what is possible and then eventually kill the app. I’m still bitter over the loss of both Google Listen and Google Reader.

    • Have you ever tried The Old Reader? I tried a lot of feed managers after Google Reader disappeared, and I really like this one. It’s how I subscribe to TWIV!

Android used to have a primary webcast application (Google Listen), but as I understand it, that option is gone and you’re left to your free and paid preferences from the Google Play store. But I’m still running Gingerbread, so I could be mistaken.

I’ve been using Doggcatcher on Android for years. Before that I used the Microsoft software on Zune. My husband and two kids are Apple fans, though and get podcasts through iTunes. Blech 😉
