Dr. Dickson,,
You really need to interview Dr. Nate Story at Plenty Farms. He is a co founder of the company and Chief Science Officer. Very smart and experienced scientist in Aquaponics and hydroponics. He has create a twist to vertical farming that falls into your definition more than any of the shelf vertical farms. He has really zeroed in on all the costs and found ways to reduce them and increase production. A definite must interview.
