Isn’t this a royal screw-up??

This means most people who received the vaccine got a higher dose than what was tested and approved (assuming the dilution was done to reach 5 doses).   Does this mean that all the manufacturing process is off?

Not at all an anti-vaxxer but this makes me worry.

Would love for you to address on TWIV

Thanks.

Dear Daniel,

Assuming one has been vaccinated and then becomes infected with Sars Cov 2:

1) do we know the degree to which that person’s virus shedding is infectious?

2) can that person become a long-hauler?

Thanxamillion for all your work,

Just wondering if this is surprising given how many people have already been in the trial, that in just 1 day of vaccination in the UK they already hit 2 events of this type…  Any thoughts?

Thanks for being a clear voice in all the confusion!

Can someone ( eg president Trump), who received monoclonal antibodies, get the vaccine now? or he may still have antibodies that may neutralize the spike protein once formed?

Thanks.

Daniel and Vincent

I want to take a moment to thank you for all the hard work and dedication you have done over the last nine months during this extraordinary time we are going through.  I look forward to the weekly Clinical updates by Daniel and the great discussions by the group on TWIV.

As a healthcare worker myself, on the front lines every day, who has suffered from Covid-19. what are the recommendations for vaccination?  Should I move myself to the back of the list since I may have antibodies to help fight the virus?  Are there any concerns for someone to get the vaccine after having suffer from Covid-19?

Stay safe!!

Nicholas
